We had a really great buying experience. We bought during the black tag event and we loved how the price was listed for you to see so that you can have an idea if the home is in your price range before you get too far in the process. Colton made the experience pleasant and less stressful for my husband and I. He was very attentive and helpful when there were things we didn’t quite understand or was confused about. He was always there when we needed him. He also communicated very well throughout the whole process. Our home was delivered the morning after closing 🎉😁We haven’t quite gotten moved into our home yet, so I can’t speak for the whole experience yet but I know that if as good as the buying experience it will be 5 star.

Brian, was not just a “ salesman” he was a welcome, a smile, an ear and had to deal with my many questions. He was upfront and sincere to all that is and was needed. I was dubious about buying a mobile home but Brian Baucom at Magnolia Estates Brookhaven MS changed my thought process! He is very knowledgeable, accommodating, & did not pressure me to “make the deal”. Brian answered my many questions & made me feel like Family! Then Keith Silvestri (Service Manager) was very straightforward & kind with closing of my purchase. He was through. I loved his “check list” of things for me to watch & do. After my new home is delivered, I will be glad to tell the “rest of the story”! 😉

I found my dream trailer here at Magnolia Estates of Brookhaven! Mrs. Connie Delaughter was the best salesperson there! She was so helpful in getting my trailer set up and everything! I highly recommend asking for her if you go to Magnolia Estates. Their trailers are gorgeous! She will definitely help you all the way through to get you living in your new home!
